How to return a product
Return an item in a few steps directly from your orders page.
1. Go to My Orders and open the order. 2. Click Request return within 7 days of delivery. 3. Choose the item(s), reason and upload photos/videos. 4. Submit — the vendor or Emvora will review and share pickup instructions.
